• Lumen Technologies: Positioned the company as the “trusted network for AI,” helping shift narrative from turnaround to growth, anchored by a $5.75B divestiture and increased market confidence.
• CVS Health: Supported CEO and leadership through one of the most significant transformations in healthcare, scaling from a $180B pharmacy business to a $357B integrated health solutions company, resulting from the $69B acquisition of Aetna.
• United States Golf Association: Repositioned the organization to restore industry leadership, expand reach and influence, and unlock major commercial partnerships, including a $1B multi-year broadcast agreement.
• Bank of America: Helped navigate reputation and policy positioning during the 2008 financial crisis, aligning media relations with regulatory and public trust priorities.
